Tayden Manibusan

Co-Founder & Executive Co-Director

Tayden is a junior at the University of Southern California studying Health Promotion and Disease Prevention with a minor in Health Care Studies through the Keck School of Medicine. A graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School’s Class of 2023, Tayden is originally from the village of Barrigada. As Co-Director, Tayden is deeply committed to advancing the organization’s mission and supporting families from Guam as they navigate lifesaving medical care far from home. He aspires to pursue a career in healthcare as a physician and is passionate about community-centered care.

Rocco Padua

Co-Founder & Executive Co-Director

Rocco is a student at the University of Southern California studying Health Promotion and Disease Prevention through the Keck School of Medicine. A graduate of Saint John’s School’s Class of 2024, Rocco is passionate about improving access to care and health equity. As Co-Director, he helps lead the organization’s vision and initiatives while supporting families during critical moments in their healthcare journey. Rocco plans to pursue a career in healthcare as a physician.

Jada Han

Director of Operations

Jada is studying Biology at Cal Poly Pomona and is a graduate of John F. Kennedy High School’s Class of 2023. Originally from the village of Barrigada, she aspires to pursue a career in healthcare as a physician. As Chief Operations Officer, Jada oversees organizational operations and coordination, helping ensure programs run smoothly while supporting families navigating medical care far from home.

Noa Mendiola

Director of Finance

Noa is studying Accounting at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego and is a graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School’s Class of 2023. Originally from the village of Mangilao, Noa aspires to pursue a career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). With a strong interest in financial stewardship and accountability, Noa plays a key role in supporting the organization’s financial integrity and mission.

Tobias Quitugua

Director of Donor Relations

Tobias is studying Economics at the University of California, Los Angeles and is a graduate of Father Duenas Memorial School’s Class of 2024. Originally from the village of MTM, Tobias leads donor engagement and relationship-building efforts for the organization. He is committed to fostering trust, transparency, and meaningful connections with supporters who help sustain and grow the organization’s mission..
